Les paroles de « Nothing to lose » sont de Don Blake et Henry Mancini, et Claudine Longet interprète la chanson dans le film. Cette version n’apparaît pas dans le vinyle original pour des questions de droit. Claudine Longet venait de signer un contrat d’exclusivité avec A&M. La maison de disque sort en mai 1968 un 45 tours de Claudine Longet (référence A&M 936). « Nothing to lose » est la face B de la chanson « White horses ». Les arrangements de ce disque ne sont pas de Mancini mais de Nick DeCaro (production de Tommy LiPuma).
L’interprétation de Claudine Longet apparaîtra dans des rééditions de CD, en bonus.
